Deaths in Mental Custody

From Private Eye in the UK last month.
Dr. Joanna Bennet, the mother of David (Rocky), who died at The Norvic Clinic in Norwich after being held face-down for between 20 and 30 minutes by 4 mental health nurses, maintained, "Mental health services continue to be in denial about critical incidents and deaths associated with control and restraint."

General advice is that patients should never be restrained face-down for more than 3 minutes. Three months after the Blofeld inquiry into Bennet's death, Azrar Ayub, a patient at the secure Edenfield Unit at Prestwick Hospital near Manchester, died after being sedated and restrained by staff.

This is so awful to learn all about mental patients and this website is so nicely describing all for public information. I want you to share more good details about this.
