Psychiatrist "lacking in credibility"

New Zealand
Psychiatrist John Angus Marks has been found guilty of professional misconduct after one of his patients committed suicide. The Medical Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal found that Marks had not been conscientious in the performance of his duties. It also found Dr Marks' evidence during the hearing to be "inconsistent, opportunistic and lacking in credibility".
