Psychotropic Drugs in the Dock-Again

Walter Bishop, aged 60, who was described as a “truly just wonderful human being who has done nothing wrong in his life” hunted down and shot to death a man carrying a 9 month old baby. The man he shot had almost been involved in a minor traffic accident with him.

Walter Bishop was taking Wellbutrin and Paxil. His lawyer Kevin J. Reddington is now arguing in his defence that the psychotropic drugs were the cause of Bishop’s inexplicable rage that day. If he convinces the court of this position it will wind up as yet one more huge litigation against Big Pharma.
